En avant les charpentes...

...

ça y est, la structure du Théâtre est commencée, et finalement déjà assez bien avancée. Là, je dois dire que je suis bien dans mon élément... j'adore vraiment ce genre de construction, je m'éclate !

Avec ce niveau de détails, il faudra vraiment que la caméra aille se balader à l'intérieur... sinon, j'aurais fait tout çà pour rien.

Hélàs pour le moment, je n'ai encore trouvé aucune photo de la scène... en dehors d'un carte postale dessinée et aquarellée mais de manière très sommaire qui ne renseigne guère quant à l'agencement et la décoration de cette partie.

Ce n'était ni visibles sur les photos, ni sur le peu de dessins ou de plans, mais il semble si je m'en référe à ma logique de construction, qu'il était possible de contourner le Théâtre par dessous et à l'arrière du cabaret...

Unfortunately I can't read your language but as I can see the pictures yet! have to say really like how you progress, it's really emazing that you just work like in real world! I mean first you make structure then adding details! it's nice to see this work flow
I like the design, color and renders also, and those lil details was amazing too

I wonder how much time each of these buildings will take from you?
and for what these are produced? animation? arch viz? or ...?

I will look for next updates here! so plz keep comeing em! ;)

ah et bien là on voit bien la struture des bois qui fait penser à un avions : le martelage la structure un peu comme une colonne vertébrale !

There's usually more french interesting by this project.

To resume shortly about your questions, this project of 3d reconstruction of the Paris 1900 world's fair was started in february 2006, and the actual part of the Old Paris was started in november 2007... I'm a bit late but it's due to other things to do between this time.

The final goal is to realize some books and of course, some films or documentaries. But it remain much work, not always very easy to find time when you have an another real job and family life ;-)

If you have another question, don't hesitate, you're welcome.

French language is fine and very nice also, I just started to learning that!
and about the project, yeah! it's really nice and well developed sofar, each of your renders looks just like a piece of painting! and I did not compliment;
and I know what you mean about "time"! it's just a common issue between all of us, ;)

I will have an eye here for next updates that coming, and goodluck by the way, ;D
